At 1619 hours, Squad 41 was alerted as part of the First Alarm assignment with Company 46 (Rocky Run) for a report house on fire in the unit block of Vinyard Lane in the area of the Tyler Arboretum in Middletown Township.

Chief 46 arrived with smoke and fire showing from the roof of a 2-story house.

Squad 41 (Lt. Certo) arrived and the crew set up at the Rapid Intervention Team (RIT) in the front yards. The crew performed several 360 degree investigations around the house prior to being released from RIT and being put to work. The Squad split and performed overhaul operations on both the interior and exterior of the house.

Command released Company 41 at 1846 hours.
