Newtown Square Fire crews were dispatched this afternoon to the 4100 block of West Chester Pike for a reported accident with a vehicle into a house with entrapment.

Crews immediately responded with Rescue 41 as they were notified by fire dispatch that they had received numerous calls about this accident. Arriving on location, they received word from Newtown Police that there was no entrapment, and the injuries were minor.

Rescue crews secured the vehicle and house, and dealt with fluids that were leaking from the vehicle. The scene was turned over to Newtown Police to finish their investigation.
